Before & After Garden: Serenity’s Bird Garden

before and after garden makeover

What a difference a path makes!

Aiming to make a garden for birds and wildlife, Christy Scerra and Hannah Taylor of Serenity Gardens in Tacoma, Washington added paths, plants, baths and tiny houses all to make feathered friends feel more welcome.   This is one of those projects that looks great now, but will clearly look better and better with each year of growth and maturity and, I bet as the plants get bigger, the birdwatching will get better too.
