Meehania cordata is my newest plant palette addition….I discovered it over at Avant Gardens and plan to use it for ground cover in a variety of projects. They say it is a good substitute for Ajuga and Lamium in shady spots — I plan to use it with ajuga…and it is beautiful as an underplanting with golden leaved hosta and hakonechloa — I am using it with hakonechloa but my hosta partner will be on the blue spectrum (‘Blue Cadet’). We will see how it goes.
Have you used it? What did you pair it with?
