Apologies for the less that clear ‘after’ shot, but I couldn’t help myself….it is obviously still a beautiful transformation made by the Friends of the Urban Forest in San Francisco.

I am pretty sure that was done by PlantSF (www.plantsf.org) and not by FUF.

This is such a great transformation and really improves the area. Anytime you can add life to the streets like that, I think people enjoy walking much more. I developed my city property in front of my house, and when people walk by they tell me how thay always include my street on their walking route – even if it is out of thier way!
