I found this via Dana Garden Design….
I am fascinated by the design of this hotel garden. On the hotel website, it is described as a zen garden retreat….I am not sure I would agree with that description, but it is certainly interesting and exciting and beautiful. I think ‘zen’ as an adjective to describe gardens is a little overused these days…especially, when one of the main features of said garden is woven red wicker-like structures. But that’s me.
I am guessing the whole thing was woven on site. Such and interesting design and use of materials. What do you think?

Very attractive. The red wicker makes a very special place. To me, the ambiance is more special event (maybe a chinese red for good fortune vibe?) than zen which needs more relaxation. There’s a bit of glare from the floor, but that may be temporary. I would love to see a night lighting picture.
