Christophe Ponceau is the co-founder of Rue du Repos, a landscape architecture practice based in Paris. His portfolio is a rich mix of interesting projects that include civic, residential and even some hospitality. This particular garden is at an old farmhouse that was converted into a second home. There are 3 hectares of vineyards and fields. I personally enjoy the rustic nature of the place and how there was a resistance to over planting and ruining the spare serenity that naturally exists.
Oh and what I woudln’t do to hve a majestic plane tree in the middle of a gravel courtayrd underneath which I can place a beautiful table with red chairs…..
