I have greenhouse envy (especially this time of year where, I had something lovely like this, — there would be a whole load of little plant babies soaking up the spring sun stuffed inside).
Pictures certainly convey a thousand words…so I will let them do the talking.
Connie at Hartwood Roses (a rose garden in Virginia that specializes in rare and unusual antique roses) built this greenhouse and photographed it step by step. Want a good idea of how to put one together from scratch? Jump on over to her full post on the progress.
I’m following along to see how pretty this will all be once it is painted up and perfected — but even without the final touches…I am immensely covetous….but happy to see how they put it together (so I can continue to plot my own with a nice visual reference!)

I love your instructions to build your own greenhouse. Propagating is my passion so it is my dream to build my own greenhouse. Thank you, very informative.
Beautiful! That is my next hopeful backyard project…Thanks!
Beautiful project. I am suffering from greenhouse lust.
