It took me awhile to round up this week’s before & after because, let’s face it- we’re in the thick of the winter season and nobody is doing yard projects, and if they are I haven’t seen any evidence. Anyway. My persistence finally paid off and I found this great little shed makeover that I thought you guys would enjoy. Melodye from Shabby Glam said that her mother-in-law’s shed was in desperate need of repair, but the quote she received was $3,000. Woah! So, Melodye and her husband flew out to Boston over Labor Day weekend to help with the project.

As you can see, their efforts went a long way! I love the vibrant new paint job, those colors are gorgeous together. But before they could paint, they had a lot of other work to do. The roof leaked, their was wood rot around the entire perimeter of the shed, and the area surrounding the shed was in disarray. I think they did a fantastic job with the improvements, and it just goes to show that a little extra work can save a ton of money! Nice job, Melodye! -erin
