It was almost like we were asking for it with the trend to hang indoor chandeliers outside for garden photo-shoots. Yes, they are so pretty, but without considerable weatherization, totally impractical. But now there is an actual chandelier on the market that is made for the garden.
It uses LED light – which is great in theory, but doesn’t tend to provide the warm light that we all prefer. I am quite fond of the visible red wires and find the whole thing charming except for the shades that look like disposable cups. But what do you think?
Designed for Fatboy© by Studio Kees in collaboration with DeMakersVan.
Here in Indiana, the chandelier would be coated with a thin layer of slightly sticky , dusty yellow tree pollen in about three days!
It’s beautiful…you can get warm LED light now, so maybe it’s the warn instead of the cool blue look?
