Combine fall mist and a garden heavy on the evergreen interest and my heart goes pitter patter. I am a sucker for shades of green and texture, and if I can smell the fall air just by looking at a picture then I know a garden is something special.
I think this garden attractively shows how staying within a theme (in this case lots of conifers and a rustic natural feel) can make a place come together beautifully.

i’m dealing with a pretty horrendous jumble of like 8 or 9 cottage gardens from the previous home owners. i can’t wait till i have more lush woodland greens throughout the yard! right now i’m trying to decide what to keep and what to get rid of. 🙂
