Wait! Summer is not quite gone…there is still time to grab the grill and head to the beach, the mountains, the lake….wherever.  I love being able to create extraordinarily good food in the most unlikely of places and these gadgets and grills are perfect for just that sort of thing.  All of them fit in the car trunk…but also would be equally handy on the patio.

1. Big Green Egg (comes in sizes all the way up to XL which will cook 2 0lb turkeys!) 2. Portable Folding grill 3. Stove in Can (what could be more handy?) 4. The Vital Grill (it uses wood so can be used anywhere!) 5. Maybe no grill at all…The WrapStove uses induction to heat pots of food from the side– so cool!
