Dastardly yahoo web hosting aside…(they certainly picked a good time to take down my site– while I was on an airplane and could do nothing about it)… after 2 days of stress, I am thankful to be back again.
I didn’t get to finish out all my LA stuff before I left the left coast…so here is a quick round up of some more designers that capture and inspire the beautiful gardens that southern Californians enjoy.
This stunning kitchen garden by Commune Design is such a beautiful outdoor room. The black and white tiles blow me away.
Conversely Elysian Landscapes seems to design teeming flowy landscapes and I think, from looking at their portfolio, they must specialize in hillside gardens and making the most invitingly simple staircases.
And their courtyards and flatter landscapes aren’t so bad either…
all of these are designed by Elysian Landscapes .
Ashe and Leandro’s colorful deck garden captures the spirit of many successful designs in the area.
I am pushing through here…I have so much catching up to do and things to share….coming up, a garden guide for southern California touring, some great southern California plant combos, and more.
Do you read Ivette Soler’s blog? She works for Elysian Landscapes and used to blog for Domino.
