What a great idea for garden storage! I can picture it in my (desperately in need of some TLC) garden shed. My garden to do list down the side and each of the drawers handily labeled with the tools, seeds, and other garden implements that they contain. All I need is a cheap dresser and some chalkboard paint.

As a veteran and proud dumpster diver, just drive around on big garbage day…you’ll find something for free that will do the trick!
Now I do like this idea, I can see using it in my studio. It actually looks good too, rather posh, but artsy, with all that black chalkboard paint and fancy trim. I must agree with Susan, since I’m a fellow “recyler”, it shouldn’t be hard to find a perfect dresser.
I am dumpster diver too…(proudly) and intensive re-purposer. My current obsession is getting my son’s crib and baby mattress – which is annoyingly impossible to dispose of, even if I wanted to – converted into the perfect coffee table for my living room.
If it were me, I wouldn’t go for such ornate detailing on the dresser…I prefer things a bit simpler and I think the fancy trim and the chalkboard might be too much – but I love the idea.
