Some months ago I discovered Margaret Roach’s blog, A Way To Garden, about her beautiful upstate New York Garden and loved it. But it has evolved and grown (as our blogs do) and I just re-discovered it and now really really love it. As gardening blogs go, it is one of the best…I want to share with you a regular little feature she has…the fun little drawings by Andre from a beautiful revolution.
About this Margaret writes:
“Cookie-cutter gardens all in a row would be no fun, and the garden’s a place for each of us to express our individuality, not try to recreate someone else’s picture or point of view. Would that all of life were just like that: Do your own thing, no questions asked, no negative glances cast.”
I couldn’t agree more.
The site is a great mix of garden advice and guidance mixed with wry humor (see categories ‘hot p(l)ants’ and all the ‘woo woo’ entries). Go take a visit…I am adding it to my blogroll now.
Andre and I are happy to both inform and/or cause laughter anytime; thanks for the good words.
I want to steal my neighbors garden ideas – he is single and his mom does his gardening – must be nice, eh? It is quite colorful all summer long!
