The accents make this roof top garden for me.  The Orange Table with the little orange modern sculpture combined with a mix of face sculptures give the garden a bit of character.  Designed by Blue Sky Landscapes the owner of this garden is frequently out of town so the design was created to be tough, simple and able to withstand infrequent attention.
