I love it when a bold move just works!! And painting your house eggplant purple is certainly a bold move. I wish I could tell from the pictures what the details are around the windows are, I think maybe a mosaic? The grasses work so well too, with their touch of the purple, echoing the house color, YES! don’t you agree?

hehe Art….not sure where you are, but I never get to see queen palms….but I get your point….they must be like the New England rhododendrons of warmer climes. 😉
Im down in New Orleans. Every bad exurban subdivision has Queen palms. they look the most like the coconut and provide little shade from our hot sun.
