This looks familiar right?  Same stuff is readily available at your local hardware store (grocery store even).  Less than $50 buck for the whole set.

Hurry. Run. Go get a set…. because look what Laura did with hers….plus 6 cans of spray paint.

The whole thing has an air of Swedish simple design to it don’t you think?

    This is really nice, but I’d like a revisit a year from now to see how that paint is holding up.

    Okay, I went and read the comments on her site. Apparently this paint lasts really well. Commentors have sets painted 3 and 4 years ago that still look good.

    I have not tried painting one of these sets (yet) but I stenciled concrete patio pavers and plastic planters. I used Liquitex acrylic paint, sold at Michaels. Eleven years on they are still hanging out in the northern British weather.
