This is Clever with a capital ‘C’.   A steep driveway with no space for a front walk is replaced with a much friendlier dual purpose driveway/ staircase.

And the new siding, paint and doors makes the whole thing quite cheery.  I even think that I can find charm in the fact that the outdoor kitchen is at the top of the drive — rather than hidden behind or away from the community area of the street — it really seems very social.  Would you agree?
