I was just taking a look at the Summer collection of outdoor gear from Ikea and there are definitely some hits.  I put a whole mess of images in the gallery — but these are my favorites.  I think if I were to kit out completely from Ikea, I would mix the collections a bit (because that always seems to work with Ikea).   Definitely I would take a few of these  AMMERÖ easy chairs (I can’t decide if I like the black or the white best) .

These sweet lights would be charming on a pergola.

And the Retro looking sofa bench with high sides seems perfect for a cozy place.

Lanterns (yep, always have to have good lanterns)….

And for the details, I would opt for the Liberty-esque prints.  They have a romantic floral appeal that seems very of the moment.   I think that they would pair nicely with some of the more streamlined pieces.   I am not such a fan of the bright candy colored collection….but I am curious what are some of your favorite pieces.  The ones that make you want to run to the store before they sell out?
