Hello everyone! Are you guys getting ready for fall cleanup? The leaves are at about 50% peak in Southern Wisconsin- I think the change in weather going to sneak up on us really fast this year! Anyway, onto the real reason I’m here- I want to share a makeover out of Austin, Texas – a small but stylish southern backyard that looks nothing like what we have going up north. It’s from a blog called The Grackle, and I think the transformation is pretty remarkable….
Tada! This one really hit it out of the park, didn’t it?
There’s so much going on with the new space that I didn’t even recognize it as being the updated version of the first photo in this post. I think this is one of the coziest makeovers I’ve seen yet…I can only imagine how nice it must be when the leaves start to turn. Those cherry-red Adirondack chairs are so perfect on the crushed gravel, and the terra cotta pots look right at home.
If you want to see more of the yard, you can head over to The Grackle to check it out. There are a ton of landscape photos, I really think you’d enjoy it! –erin
If you have any landscape projects that you’d like to share with the Studio ‘g’ readers, send us an email and tell us about it! And if you don’t have one, you can use it as your motivation to start on something! 😉
