Beautiful–and a practice in restraint. For me, the sand (I’m sure there is an appropriate name for it) would shrink, just like lawn, as I stuffed in more and more plants, totally nullifying the whole concept. I applaud this gardener.

Clive is my favorite garden photographer.
He let me use one of his photos for a giant “banner” that I use to divide my studio and showroom. It looks really cool.
