Hinck and Wall – Books About Garden History, Landscape Architecture & Early Horticulture

I am busy researching an article for Landscape Middle East about the noteworthy and interesting landscape Architect and garden designer Beatrix Jones Ferrand.   In my digging around, I stumbled across Hinck and Wall – antiquarian book sellers who specialize the History of Gardens, Landscape Architecture & Early Horticulture.  The books are decidedly pricey…but if you are into that sort of thing….me, I just love the art work.

There is a book called , The Gardens of Beatrix Farrand. Great book.
I found it in a small independent book store in Ukiah about 20- 25 years ago.

Also if you can link into the U.C. Berkeley LA Library, they inherited her book collection including her collection of Gertrude Jeckyll’s work.
