Being forced to replace the siding by a complete infestation of critters that no amount of patching could dispatch, the new black metal siding really goes along way towards sprucing up the outside of the house.   My Ben Moore guy guy has talked me out of painting my house black on a number of occasions….(it is currently v/ dark brown) — he says that it is too hard on the materials (extreme heat) — so I am intrigued by the metal siding option….perhaps this is more efficient and tough?

The wrap around deck and small retaining wall really adds to the house.   All the furniture is all ebay, craigslist, dumpster diving, hand-me down finds….and I think they look perfect….don’t you?

You will have to forgive her for not getting the deck stained….she is in Nashville and the rain…the rain…well you might have heard about it.
